We hope you love your purchase, but we know that sometimes a return is necessary.
All online purchases are eligible for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY. No cash refunds will be given.
All returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, no exchanges. Due to our inventory, we cannot guarantee that an item will still be in stock when your returned item comes back to us. If the item is still in stock and you would like to purchase a different size, simply place a new order and return the item you do not want.
For online credit:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of your package being delivered.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. If items appear to be worn, washed or smell of smoke or perfume, the return will be refused.
- Online credit will only be issue once the return is received.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipment method that will provide a tracking number.
- To return items, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with RETURN: and your order number in the subject line and list the reason for your return in the email.
- Package your items and mail to the address listed on your order form.
- Online store credit will be emailed in the form of an online gift certificate that can be used on our website only.
